This is a must have in your toolbox! I can’t tell you how many times clients are doing a sinus rinse. This helps hydrate the sinuses, clears out allergens, pollution, mucous, etc. Honestly one of the best things I have done for my vocal tract and voice is a sinus rise numerous times throughout the week. I love this Neil Med kit because the bottle is easy to transport and the salt is super simple to mix.
